Customisation & Notice
All our products are freshly made to order and may be custom made to your preferred flowers and colours.  As such, we require as much notice as possible with a minimum of 5 days notice for all orders and requests.  Once your enquiry has been received we will contact you to go through the details and confirm availability.

Payment
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of cake/cupcake/bouquet.

For all orders, full payment is required at least 5 days prior to your specified collection date.  

For orders over £100, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order and secure your collection date with full payment required at least 5 days before your specified collection date.

Collection hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
