At Flower Cake Company we want your experience with us to run as smoothly as possible. By purchasing a cake/cupcake/bouquet from the Flower Cake Company it is assumed that you have read and accept our terms of service in full.
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of cake/cupcake/bouquet.
For all orders, full payment is required at least 5 days prior to your specified collection date.
For orders over £100, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order and secure your collection date with full payment required at least 5 days before your specified collection date.
Once an order is placed, cancellations, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Flower Cake Company on an individual basis. As all orders are made to order, we reserve the right to refuse any cancellations, adjustments and alterations after an order is finalised.
Collection location, dates and times are agreed when placing your order. Once you have selected your preferred collection day and time it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Any rescheduled collection day will be solely at Flower Cake Company discretion and cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
When collecting your order, please ensure you are happy with your purchase and there is no damage. Once an order has been collected, Flower Cake Company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect handling, transport or storage. We strongly recommend that orders are transported in the footwell or boot of your car and are not placed on seats.
Any non-collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at Flower Cake Company discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any order should we deem it unreasonable or unsuitable to do so.
Due to the perishable nature of these products we do not recommend keeping longer than three days. Refrigeration can alter the flavour and texture of the product. Store in a cool, dry place if necessary.
Flower Cake Company products are crafted in a kitchen that handles allergens. Although we exercise utmost care and precaution, we cannot assure complete absence of all trace elements and allergens. All allergies must be declared at the time of placing your order. Flower Cake Company hold no responsibility for any food allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of purchasing.
Due to the nature of these products we cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colours from order to order, separate batches may vary slightly, however we always endeavour to keep consistency.
Since each cake/cupcake/bouquet is handmade, exact colour and details will vary from order to order and it is not always possible to exactly replicate cakes or flowers in photographs. Final designs, colours and variants thereof are at the final discretion of Flower Cake Company to ensure the best possible result for each individual customer.
If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform us within 24 hours of taking collection so that we can rectify any issues in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of product.
Flower Cake Company reserves the right to use any image of cakes made by us for any purpose. Customers may also post images of any cakes, as long as they are appropriately attributed to Flower Cake Company
Cancellation by Flower Cake Company:
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical failure, breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act in the event of serious illness, act of God. Flower Cake Company will give as much notice as possible if we cannot fulfil your order and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
